In celebration of International Client Service Week from 5 to 11 October, Nedbank has increased its AskOnce donation to charity from R50 to R250 – for this week only - should the bank not deliver on its AskOnce promise.
The premise of AskOnce is centred on the promise that Nedbank clients will only have to ask once, and that the person they talked to initially would take the responsibility for ensuring that their request is resolved.
The International Client Service Week is a global celebration focused on recognising the importance of client service. It also honours those employees who deliver exceptional service with enthusiasm and professionalism.
‘Since the launch of AskOnce in 2007, the focus has largely been on driving awareness of the campaign and constantly improving on service delivery from the feedback received. As such, the AskOnce service proposition has supported Nedbank’s drive to create exceptional client service when they engage with the bank.
With International Client Service Week however, the centre of our attention will be on those employees who allow us to deliver on our AskOnce promise, as they are essentially the people who “make things happen”, says Doug Hardie, Executive General Manager Client Services at Nedbank.
With this in mind, clients who receive exceptional service are requested to please register their compliment at the branch where such service is received or at the AskOnce desk on 0860 275 662 (0860 AskOnce). This will with assist the bank to honour those employees who live up to the AskOnce promise.
Not only have the ‘broken’ promises highlighted by clients helped the bank focus on the key areas of its business, but the charities have benefited as well, with over R140 000 donated over the last two years.
ENDSThe R250 donation to charity is applicable during International Client Service Week.
